Victor L. Baltzell, Of Counsel
Vic joined Ackerson & Yann in 1998. His areas of concentration are business transactions and business planning including entity formations, ownership and management structure, acquisitions, intellectual property and succession planning.
Born in Dallas, Texas on March 27, 1949, Vic was admitted to the State Bar of Kentucky in 1974. He received his undergraduate degree in History/Political Science from Purdue University in 1971 and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville in 1974.
Vic is a member of the Business Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association and the Business Law, Intellectual Property Law and Environmental Law Sections of the Louisville Bar Association.
Vic and his wife, Lee, attend Second Presbyterian Church and are active in various church and community activities and organizations. They have 3 children, Brien, Annie, and Brent, and 6 grandchildren.
